The CM-1 Color Mixer is specifically designed for mixing color with gelatin in softgel production. This advanced system combines hydraulic lifting, precision mixing, and electrical control technologies for optimal performance in gelatin filling and softgel manufacturing processes.
Operating Principle
The mixer is vertically inserted into the vessel at the center position, with the stirrer head positioned at 1/3 depth from the bottom to the liquid surface. This design ensures sufficient space for material flow while maintaining efficient mixing action.
