Gelatin service tank has temperature controlled device, adopts water heating, so the temperature of the material inside the gelatin service tank can be controlled precisely.

Gelatin service tank is used to keep temperature of gelatin liquid and is used to transfer gelatin from melting tank to encapsulation machine. This use compressed air to supply gelatin for the encapsulation machine. Gelatin service tank / gelatin receiver tank is operated through the intelligent temperature control of water bath, heating three layer jackets stainless steel storage tank.The inside of tank can withstand a certain degree of positive pressure. The tank itself comes with temperature control and display unit, so it has the advantage of simple operation and high control precision. On the top of the tank is provided with the gas joint, pressure gauge and safety valve. The ground material supply can be realized through the pressure control, making work more safe and reliable. The tank body is divided into three layers: the heating water jacket is between the inner layer and the middle layer; high-tech temperature keeping material is between the middle layer and outer layer.

The air inlet is installed on the gelatin service tank, and also pressure gauge and safe valve, so the gelatin can be impressed out of the tank by pressed air.
