Product Description

S406 Softgel Encapsulation Machine’s die roll is 152 mm long. The die roll’s rotation rate can be regulated within 0 to 5 rpm, so users can choose the most appropriate speed according to different materials and process parameters. S406 Softgel Encapsulation Machine improves the bearing spindle supporting way of die roll, thus making the spindle more accuracy and much easier to repair. In addition, the machine further improves the machining precision. More helical gears are used in the process of gear moving, which improve the gear coincidence degree and transmission stability. The spilt structure of cooling fan reduces the thermal effect to the pressure pill. The machine is provided with stirring or insulation optional hopper, using ground automatic feeding method. The soft capsule machine’s oil roller is made of stainless steel material, so it’s more in line with the requirements of GMP.

The Softgel Manufacturing line mainly includes three parts: Main Encapsulation machine, Gelatin melting system and Drying system.
