S407 Softgel Encapsulation Machine is developed based on Model S406 softgel encapsulation machine. The die roll length is 20mm longer. It combines advantages of foreign equipment and requirements of customers,considering the needs and the biggest benefits of customers as start point.There are following features besides S406’s. S407 adopts PLC operation, making operation more convenient. The die roll’s rotation rate can be regulated within 0 to 7 rpm, so users can choose the most proper rotation rate according to data of different material and techniques. Drying cycle is controlled by PLC unified, so users can regulate the cycle time conveniently. The tumbler dryer is designed with a device to remind operators to prepare well when discharging. S407 can realize the function of statistical statements and printing. The machine drive system’s lubrication pump is droved by motor alone, which greatly improves the lubrication performance when main equipment operating at a very slow speed. At the same time, it can reduce machine vibration, prolong machine overhaul time and save investment for users.

TD-1 Soft Capsule (Softgel) and paintball Tumble dryer has advanced structure and stable material. There should be two tumble dryers at least, we call it one group. In other words, your making machine should be equipped with one group of tumble dryer(two sections) at least. Each section of rotor cage has independent inventer and independent wind machine. Its high speed and large volume can ensure the distribution of pills and improve the efficiency of drying which has been superior to other models of domestic and Korean machines. The new model 8 section shaped drying rolling cage makes the structure more reasonable. The tumble dryer is provided with a discharging device to remind the operator to discharge. The rolling cage is easy to clean without moving dryer. The material receiving discs under the rolling cage make it more in line with the requirements of GMP.
