QXZL-792X1120 basket washing machine is dedicated for cleaning, removal of 792X1120 basket in the work of the residual surface oil, impurities and other dirt cleaning system, using 316L material pipe, water pump, cleaning nozzle, rinsing nozzle spray, and the wind knife drying process, conductivity detection device to detect the cleaning effect, cleaning more efficient. 1. The first step is pre-washing: pre-wash the basket, melt the remaining balls inside, forcefully flush off the oil above, the waste liquid is directly emptied, to create conditions for the back fine washing.
2. The second step of cleaning: the cleaning nozzle evenly sprayed to the basket, after a period of cycle spraying, impregnation, erosion, to achieve the purpose of removing oil pollution.
3. The third step is rinsing: rinse the basket with softening water circulation to remove the remaining cleaning solution on the basket.
4. The fourth step is flushing: use the rinsing water pump, pipe and rinse nozzle, and measure the conductivity of the discharged water on the drainage pipe. To be qualified.
