S610 servo encapsulation machine is the largest scale paintball production with high quality. Its mechanical partsadopt independent single adjustable lubrication, reducing mechanical wear and prolonging the time without any mistakes.
Product Description
The new encapsulation line S610 will be used to run 5 days a week, typically 10 à 12 hours a day.
After encapsulation, capsules will be preliminary dried into tumble dryer(s) for à 40 – 90 minutes.
Depending of formulations, capsules will be put on trays for final drying OR will be transferred-automatically from firsts stage tumble dryer(s) to inline tumble dryers for continuous drying.Capsule drying will take 16 to 30 hours .
If required, oil residue on the shell will be removed automatically with a solvent free polishing system.
Round, oval and oblong capsules will be inspected on size and diameter by operator.
Optional a camera vision system will reject capsules which are OOS : foreign objects ‐ deformed capsules or
capsules with different color, air bubbles or twins.
