The die roll’s rotation rate can be regulated within 0 to 5 rpm, so users can choose the most appropriate speed according to different materials and process parameters.

S406 Paintball Encapsulation Machine improves the bearing spindle supporting way of die roll, thus making the spindle more accuracy and much easier to repair. In addition, the machine further improves the machining precision. More helical gears are used in the process of gear moving, which improve the gear coincidence degree and transmission stability. The split structure of cooling fan reduces the thermal effect to the pressure pill. Besides, gelatin barrel is added with wheel which can be moved more conveniently and easily. The machine is provided with stirring or insulation optional hopper, using ground automatic feeding method.
