Product Description
The CM-1 Color Mixer is designed for thorough mixing of color with gelatin in softgel production. This system combines a hydraulic lifting mechanism, mixing components, and electrical controls for optimal performance.
Operating Principle
The mixer inserts vertically into the vessel at the center position, with the stirrer head positioned at 1/3 depth from the bottom to liquid surface. This configuration ensures adequate space for material flow at the bottom of the vessel.
