MRM-7 type machine is of the newest design that the company self-developed. The multi-function gelatin capsule medicine liquid recycling machine adopted cut grinding and integrated centrifugal separation technology which got the invention patent. The machine is with a compact structure, stable performance, quick and high efficiency. The whole machine is made from stainless steel and carefully manufactured. 1. The whole equipment should be inspected thoroughly before installation. Make sure whether the components are damaged or loose during transportation.
2. The equipment must be installed horizontally and mounted firmly to avoid the barrel vibration when start the machine and lead to damaging the moving parts.
3. The electrical system is placed in lower parts, the went is strictly not to be blocked.
4. Before starting the machine, it should be cleaned and sterilized. water is strictly prohibited to enter the electrical components.

1. Put the centrifugal basket and its cushion above to fit the right position of the dowel then match the spindle.
2. Put the cutter with its cushion into the square shaped shaft then tighten the pressing bolt;
3. Put the cutter fixing barrel then cover it, tighten the four cover bolts:
4. Turn the cutter fixing barrel with hands to let it goes downward until it bottom against the cutter, then turn and fasten the nut;
5. Insert the hopper. Aim the fixing hole on the hopper to the bolt and fasten the nut.

1. There should be leave a certain gap between the cutter and cutter fixing barrel. When adjusting the space, push the cutter fixing barrel against the cutter, turn the fixing barrel 20-30 degree in reverse direction then tighten the pressing nuts.
2. In case a friction of cutter noise is being heard, adjust the gap according to the above method. If crushing mesh gelatin scrap, the gap should be adjusted a little bigger.

1. Connection. Plugged in the power, turn on switch. When the machine runs properly, start the production.
2. Feed. Put the wasted gelatin capsule or mesh gelatin scrap into the hopper. Feeding quantity is controlled by pulling or pushing the blocking board.
3. Recovery: The smashed gelatin capsules or meshed gelatin scrap material discharged automatically from the solid material outlet while liquid flow out from the bottom outlet.

1. Before using the equipment, if there are something abnormal is discovered, the machine can be start again only after the problem being solved.
2. Please fix all the components tightly in order to avoid damage after a period of using.
3. The sealing parts and sealing rings can be continuous used for more than 3000 hours. Please change and maintenance promptly according to its service life.
4. In order to ensure the normal operation, please check reduction gears and motor lubricant, if it is in shortage, please add in time.
5. If the equipment doesn’t be used temporarily, please clean inside and outside to keep bright and durable. Never use alkaline solution for cleaning.

The equipment is manufactured, tested, checked and accepted in accordance with <GB9684-88 Hygienic Standard of Stainless Steel Tableware Utensils> and <JB/T4735-1997 Standard of Constant Pressure Welded Steel Vessel>. It comply with GMP hygiene standards of the People's Republic of China.
