CM-1 Gelatin color mixer for food ,gelatin ,bervarage use add color in gelatin servious tank

Model GCM-1 color mixer is used for mixing the color with the gelatin. It consists of hydraulic lifting system, mixing system and electrical control system.

Principle: Insert the mixer vertically into the vessel with position of centre, the stirrer head depth is 1/3 from the bottom to the liquid, thus keeps enough space to let the materials flow freely at the bottom. By special design and the form, bubbles are decreased during the mixing process as the mixer works in the special groove. The mixer is put into the tank by means of hydraulic system, which can be put in any position of the tank by hydraulic system.

Configuration: ABB Motor, Panasonic Inverter, Fuji buttons, Siemens electrical components, contacting parts with the materials is SS316L and the machine is coated by SS304.
